1) How can I get in touch with GlowGrove for support?

Email support@glowgrove.co.uk or use the Contact page. We aim to reply within one business day.

2) How can I check the status of my order?

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking typically activates within 48 hours. You can also track your parcel via our Track Your Order page.

3) Can orders be returned?

Yes—items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in their original packaging with all accessories. To start a return, email support@glowgrove.co.uk.

For lighting, please don’t hardwire or fully install an item you may return—signs of installation or damage can affect eligibility.

4) What is the total delivery time?

Delivery time has two parts:

  • Order Processing: typically 1–4 business days

  • Shipping: usually 5–7 business days
    You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking once your order is on its way.

5) How long does it take to process orders?

Most orders are processed within 1–4 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding bank holidays). You’ll get an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping email with tracking.

6) What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Email support@glowgrove.co.uk. within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number, and

  • clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item.

 

7) Are bulbs included with the lamps?

Bulbs are not included with GlowGrove lamps. Product pages specify the compatible bulb type (e.g., E27/E26/E14) and maximum wattage so you can choose the look and brightness you prefer.

8) Are your lamps dimmable?

Many fixtures are dimmable when paired with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch (not included). Check the product details for dimmer compatibility. For smart bulbs, follow the bulb manufacturer’s app/hub requirements.

9) What plug type and voltage do you use?

Unless noted otherwise, our table and floor lamps include a UK three-pin (Type G) plug and are compatible with 220–240V mains. If you’re outside the UK, you may need an adapter or transformer.

10) Do your lamps require assembly or installation?

Most table and floor lamps need minimal assembly (e.g., attaching a shade). Hardwired ceiling or wall fixtures should be installed by a qualified electrician. Instructions are included with every product.

11) How do I care for and clean my lamp?

Switch off and unplug first. Wipe bases with a soft, dry cloth. For fabric shades, use a lint roller or gentle vacuum brush. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasives to protect finishes.

13) Can I place a bulk or trade order?

Yes. For hospitality, interior designers, or bulk purchases, email trade@glowgrove.co.uk with your project details for a tailored quote.
